Eligible refunds
We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, are incorrect, or are missing from your order, when reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
Non-refundable items
Opened, used, or improperly stored products are not eligible for refunds. Orders refused or undeliverable because of an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they ship by emailing sales@thirdpartypeps.com.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
