Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates shown on product pages are for reference only and are confirmed at checkout.
Destinations
We ship within the United States only. We may decline shipment where local law restricts the sale of research materials.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email sales@thirdpartypeps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and vials.
Returns
For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used research materials cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy.
